Hi and welcome to low pond syndicate.Low pond syndicate has access to a 2.5 acre estate lake set in  beautiful surroundings in the south of Co. Durham. We are run as a small syndicate of 20 members. The numbers are limited this way to allow the members a nice quite peacefull retreat although members can apply for 3 24 hour guest tickets per year. Night fishing is allowed but is restricted to 4 anglers per night and each session to a max of 72 hours, a booking system is in operation for night fishing allowing you to book your nights and swims

The fishery is a mature estate lake aprox 2.5 acre in size and has plenty of lilies and rushes; it is surrounded by trees in a quite location but with good road access. It is an excellent mixed course fishery and holds a good selection of species for the all-round angler to target, with most of the species allowing the chance to catch one of specimen quality. It holds
